When you have content that plays internationally, there is no easy way to format dates or times to match regional settings and data binding isnt practical unless you add an ability to data bind to a player metadata field.

A Player view filter allows you to filter on Player properties. In order to use a Player property in a Playlist Builder rule, you have to create a metadata property that duplicates the Player property.
