If you access more than one Moxie server, you have to use the MDSC multiple times per week. If the connection fails, you don't know if the issue is a server problem, change to credentials, or a typo. So you have to call support to go test it and confirm the configuration hasn't changed.
Thanks for the input, Jeff. In general, we want to improve the experience of managing multiple Moxie servers. This would be one small improvement.
