That would be a good use case as well, but I just wanted to put n of nnn licenses used on a dashboard for management. (without manually updating the allocation somewhere.)
That's pretty much it. We're putting the data into a tableau dashboard so the user can see issues at a glance and drill-down to get more info. Eventually the dashboard will link to troubleshooting documentation, so they can be fixed at our service desk instead of creating issues.
Good suggestion. Am I right in saying that the desired outcome is to get Email notifications when some threshold is reached on number of days left or number of Player slots available?
